Customer satisfaction
HMC Group adopts specific procedures to ensure effective management of each order, from receipt to delivery, including any modifications and technical evaluations. Customer satisfaction is monitored through dedicated questionnaires and direct field contacts.
Complaint management
HMC Group manages all non-conformities and complaints according to defined procedures, which establish key responsibilities and activities. Each complaint is recorded, analyzed, and, if necessary, addressed with corrective actions. Communications with Competent Authorities follow structured processes to ensure transparency and full regulatory compliance.
ISO 13485
A quality management system has been adopted that reflects the highest international standards in compliance with ISO 13485:2016. This management system is based on principles of planning, control, and assurance, which are implemented through a structured system of procedures and instructions covering all business processes.
Certificates
All medical devices produced by HMC Group comply with the requirements of current European regulations and are CE marked, guaranteeing quality, safety, and performance. The CE marking attests that our products have undergone rigorous controls and evaluations, in line with Regulation (EU) 2017/745 (MDR).
