HMC Manufacturing’s ISO Class 8-rated tubes extrusion department specializes in the production of customized tubes for various industries:

• biomedical: medical device tubing
• automotive: hoses for cooling, hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• food: milk transport tubes
• agricultural: pipes for irrigation and other specific applications

Through its state-of-the-art high-capacity (twin-screw) production lines, HMC is able to produce more than 2 million kilograms of extruded pipe each year, with high quality standards and wide design flexibility.

HMC uses only certified raw materials to ensure performance, durability and safety:

• PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride)

• PE (Polyethylene)

• TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomers)

• TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane)

• EVA (Ethylene Vinyl Acetate)

HMC extruded tubes can have diameters ranging from under a millimeter up to 50 mm, for example for use in food processing such as milk transportation.

We offer two main formats of finished product:
