Activities
Every day we carry out ordinary and extraordinary maintenance on any equipment used in our Production departments. Our goal is to get the Production back on track as soon as possible.
Some say that we are a key service to support and guarantee the continuity and quality of Production.
For almost 10 years, we’ve also had our internal business: we build Molds for HMC and for our customers.
In our photo you can see our latest creation, a 48-cavity mold.
Our department is equipped with the following:
- Three-axis milling machine with numerical control
- Electrical Discharge Machining
- Wire EDM
- EDM-CNC machine
- Grind
- Autolearning lathe
- Standard lathe
- Laser welding
We’ve already built 5 molds this year and we are sure that, by the end of the year, they will become 7. We also carried out about 1500 ordinary and extraordinary maintenance jobs to make sure our Production departments could work with the highest quality possible of equipment.
Our Maintenance and Fabrication activities are registered into a software, Quarta Manutenzioni, which allows us to have the chronology of every job and to monitor the impact of our costs on the company.
We boast a mold inventory of 530 units, 350 of which are our property and 180 belong to our customers.
