HMC Premedical S.p.A., a healthcare company located in the Mirandola Biomedical District, active for the last 20 years in the production and sale of Components and Medical Devices, and POLYMED S.r.l., announce the signature of the definitive purchase agreement for the acquisition by HMC of the Polymed company branch.
POLYMED is a Milan-based company operating for 25 years in the sector of devices for the control of fluids during Infusion therapy. The company produces and markets a wide range of Manifolds and Stopcocks.
Following the upgrading of the lines for Enteral nutrition, result of the acquisition of the British company MEDICINA, the POLYMED products will become part of the extensive range of HMC products.
With this consolidation, HMC expects an annual turnover of approximately EUR 40 million thanks to an organisation numbering over 300 employees.
