Our Deparment makes tubes for the medical, dietary, and technical field.

We have 7 main Extrusion Lines. Among some of these extruders, we can set up secondary and tertiary Lines that allow us to add variety to the types of Tubes We make:

• Simple tube
• Tube with colored line
• Bitube
• Bitube with line
• Co-extruded
• Tri-extruded

The tubes dimensions vary from few millimeters to 5 cm diameter, for the milk tube.

Also, in accordance with the market conditions, we can make short tubes by cut, a few centimeters to more than a meter long, or 100/200/300 meter tubes wrapped on reels.

Every line is equipped with a Laser Reader to constantly monitor the external diameter. This year, we added a new Infrared Control Technology in one line, that allows us to constantly monitor the thickness and internal diameter of the tubes.

In the year 2021 we made 44 million METERS of tube.

We are the department with the highest hourly productivity and our saturation in 2022 tend towards 90%.

For our Extrusion Department, this is a Great Achievement and it means we are efficient and could satisfy all the growing demands of the Market.

In our daily activities we are supported by a software, Nicim, that communicates with our machines and monitors their working times.

Through Nicim, we manage our production orders and we monitor every stage of the manufacturing and its qualitative evolution.
