The office takes care of the people, it manages the entry, training, and employee development process, by offering strategic support to the Company Management.

The Human Resources Office takes care of people and tries to get them to the best possible position to express their own strength.

The HMC “team” has 128 people in the Mirandola Plant, made up of 52% men and 48% women, whose average age is 45 years old and average seniority of 11 years.
Additionally, we have the Medicina coworkers in the UK, 21 people: 52% women and 48% men, whose average age is 35 years old and company seniority a little under 6 years.
Our total revenue is 35.9M€.

Michele and Laila are the first interface between the company and everyone who calls or visits every day. Other than that, they support other departments’ coworkers in various jobs and operative tasks.
