The maintenance team welcomes you in HMC for this beautiful day!!
Our job consists in planned and extraordinary maintenance work.

It is a daily challenge, and our goal is to make sure the production is continuous and that, when interrupted, it can restart in the shortest possible time with the highest qualitative standards.

Last year, we completed 750 maintenance services – both ordinary and extraordinary – and as of today, we count about 550 services completed.

Our work goes way beyond the HMC Plant because we also aid HMC partners, in Italy and abroad, who use our equipment and our Serbian Plant.

To guarantee the correct functioning of the infrastructure, even in terms of facilities, we also work with External Maintenance Experts who fulfill every technical-functional and regulatory requirement of HMC

Another vital job of the Maintenance Team is the energetic/environmental improvement, the selection of suppliers, and periodic revamping. The goal is to allow HMC to face the constant increase in energy costs, but most of all to use renewable sources of energy.

Thanks to the Vision Company and to our work, starting from 01/01/2021, HMC received the 100% Green Certificate.
