Bisi family, Credem Private Equity<\/b> and Maurizio Borsari<\/b> have reached an agreement for a valuable partnership.<\/p>\n
HMC Premedical SPA, founded by Giuseppe Bisi, is among the most historic and important companies in the biomedical district of Mirandola. With a wide range of contract manufacturing services and its own range of Medical Devices, HMC has been working for 25 years to be a valuable partner, capable of improving people\u2019s health (its motto is WE HELP HEALTH).<\/p>\n
In December 2022, HMC<\/b> transformed into a BENEFIT company, formalizing a path, started several years ago, made up of social responsibility and ethical commitment which will soon lead to the registration as BCorp.<\/p>\n
Andrea Bisi<\/b>\u2019s role as Chief Executive Officer completed in HMC the generational change and with the entry into the capital of Credem Private Equity, started since 2022 a development project on the product portfolio and distribution.<\/p>\n
Dimar SPA<\/b>, founded in 2002 by Maurizio Borsari<\/b>, manufactures medical devices for the treatment of respiratory diseases supported by innovative technologies with a focus on Non-Invasive treatment.<\/p>\n
The use of Non-Invasive treatment was crucial during the COVID 19 pandemic to provide for the shortage of places in intensive care, highlighting the benefits of this type of therapy finding application directly in the Resuscitation and Intensive Care Units, Pneumology, Cardiology, Haematology, Infectious Diseases, Paediatrics, Neonatology and ER departments, to name the most important ones.<\/p>\n
The transaction led to the transfer of 100% of Dimar SPA to HMC Premedical SPA.<\/p>\n
Maurizio Borsari becomes a direct shareholder of HMC Premedical and will continue to lead DIMAR SPA promoting synergies and developing innovative products useful to both companies, contributing with this integration to create one of the most important private industrial groups in Mirandola biomedical district<\/p>\n
Legal and financial advisor of the entire operation was Studio MBL PRO of Modena (with a team led by the partner in charge of the operation, Matteo Luppi), specialized both in M&A operations and in the biomedical sector, and assisting the parties in all the operation aspects and complexities. DIMAR was assisted by the lawyer Ezio Morselli for the legal aspects.<\/p>\n
Andrea Bisi<\/b> declares – \u201cIt was a long and complex, but strongly wished operation that will bring a lot of satisfaction. I am convinced that together we will be able to make the most of skills of people in both companies creating strategic synergies. In fact, we will continue to invest in Research and Development, to patent new devices (currently more than 20 patents filed) and to strengthen the international business network to become leading in the Non-Invasive Ventilation industry, so a rapidly growing sector. As in any partnership operation it will be necessary a great commitment by all the players involved to achieve the pre-set medium-term results.\u201d<\/i><\/p>\n

The territorial productive proximity with HMC has played an important role in concluding this operation and is allowing to have a higher investment power in a global market where more competitors from Far East are offering low price, but poor-quality products.\u201d<\/i><\/p>\n
