(Italy), and Medicina Limited (UK) are pleased to announce the signing of an important cooperation agreement for the realisation and distribution of the CONTIX\u2122 medical device.<br \/>\nThanks to its innovative features, the CONTIX\u2122 device offers patients suffering from faecal incontinence the possibility of an important improvement in the quality of life, allowing greater and direct control of the disorder.<\/p>\n<p><strong>HMC Premedical S.p.A.<\/strong> &#8211; leading manufacturer of medical devices &#8211; is pleased to announce its participation with a minority investment in Forconti Medical Limited and, at the same time its agreement to produce key components of the CONTIX\u2122 device.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Medicina Limited<\/strong> &#8211; a wholly owned subsidiary of HMC Premedical S.p.A. and leading international distributor of medical devices &#8211; has signed the agreement as the exclusive distributor of the CONTIX\u2122 device for Ireland and the United Kingdom.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Forconti Medical Limited<\/strong> develops and manufactures disposable medical devices for the treatment of faecal incontinence.
