HMC (Healthcare, Medical devices & Components) Group was founded in 1997 by Giuseppe Bisi in the heart of the Mirandola Biomedical District, one of the most important innovation district worldwide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Guided by the mission \u201cWe Help Health\u201d, HMC is committed every day to being a valuable partner for its customers, contributing to improving people\u2019s health.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The organization consists of two main Business Units:
HMC Device, which develops and distributes branded medical devices for patients requiring artificial nutrition (enteral nutrition) and for those with respiratory conditions (non-invasive ventilation).
HMC Manufacturing, offering vertical services to biomedical and pharmaceutical partners, from design to validation of customized products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
HMC is now continuing its growth strategy by acquiring AMS Group S.r.l., a company based in San Pietro Viminario (Padua), active in pain therapy, neuromodulation and spinal surgery. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Founded in the mid-1990s, AMS Group has built a solid reputation within the Italian and European biomedical landscape, standing out for the quality of its solutions and its innovative approach to clinical training and research & development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
