HMC Premedical S.p.A. guarantees a work environment in which it is possible to freely report any illegitimate behavior implemented within the Company.
\nTo this end, in accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 24\/2023, the Company has implemented a so-called Whistleblowing System, through:
\n– activation of special reporting channels that guarantee the confidentiality of the identity of the reporter, the person reported, the person in any case mentioned in the report, and the content and documentation of the report;
\n– entrusting the management of the whistleblowing to a person outside the Company, autonomous, specifically dedicated and trained;
\n– implementation of a Whistleblowing procedure;
\n– implementation of the so-called \u201cdocumentary privacy\u201d regarding the confidential treatment of the data provided with the report.
