Activities

Production planning and defining what the company will have to produce in the intermediate and long term.

A long-term Production plan leads to a clear understanding of whether the company will satisfy demand (effectiveness), and if it will do so within the established deadlines (efficiency). Higher effectiveness and efficiency mean a higher level of service provided for the customers, and that the company will earn a profit.

Among the main tasks are:

• Elaboration of the possible production scenarios and selection of the most appropriate one;
• Definition of a production plan and updating in case of unexpected events;
• Optimization of the use of machines and production staff;
• Verifying supply and distribution of resources for production.
• management of subcontractors and external collaborators

We also directly manage Voj Medical, a production company in Serbia in which HMC has a 50% stake
150 people in production on the assembly of medical devices.
